EXAMPLES OF TRACER APPLICATION IN ENERGY,RESOURCE,MATERIAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL STUDIES

A solid tracer named ~(131)Ba GTP was developed in the Institute of Atomic Energy and being used for the determination of water intake profiles in Chinese petroeum industry Expressions for determination of underground water velocity by singlebore and multibore methods in Isotope Hydrology are given. Movements of radioactivity in atmosphere, water and soil are briefly discussed Wc suggest the potential of application of tracer and nuclear technology to superconductor studies.
