THE EFFECTS OF SAFFLOWER YELLOW ON HUMAN LYMPHOCYTE TRANSFOMATION

Safflower yellow is the major effective component of the Chinese traditional medicine safflower. The experiment was carried out with ~3H-thymidine and ~3H-uridylate incorporation. The results show that safflower yellow can effect very significantly on human lymphocyte transformation, therefore, it can change cell's immune function.
