Determination of Radiochemical Purity of ~(18)F-fluorodeoxyglucose Injection

  • 摘要: 采用薄层色谱和纸色谱法对不同的展开体系进行筛选,找到了三种适宜的展开体系,建立了测定18FDG注射液放化纯度的分析方法。这三种体系固定相分别为ITLC/SG、WhatmanNo.1层析纸和国产硅胶纸,相应的流动相分别为V(乙腈)∶V(水)=95∶5、V(甲醇)∶V(氨水)=9∶1、甲醇,三种展开体系的主产物18FDG与18F-均可较好地分离,精密度均<1%。

     

    Abstract: A practical method is established for determining the radiochemical purity of ~(18)FDG rapidly. It offers three systems to separate ~(18)FDG and ~(18)F~-. The stationary phase of these are ITLC/SG? Whatman No.1 and silica paper, their corresponding mobile phase are V(acetionitril)∶V(water)=95∶5, V(methanol)∶V(water)=9∶1 and methanol, respectively. Twelve batchs of()~(18)FDG are determined, its radiochemical purity is more than 96%. The precision is less than 1%.
