用γ计数仪定量测定~(32)P

Quantitatively Measurment of ~(32)P by γ-ray Counter

摘要: 采用γ计数仪测定β粒子产生的韧致辐射定量测定32P。结果显示在相同样品体积、相同介质的情况下,韧致辐射计数与32P含量呈良好的线性关系,在体积或介质发生变化时韧致辐射计数也会发生明显变化。提示γ计数仪可以用于32P的定量测定,但在进行此类测量时,须保持相同的测量条件。

Abstract: A new method is used to measure ~(32)P through count of bremsstrahlung of LS counter or Cherenkov. The results show that as long as the same measure conditions(volume and medium of sample) are retained,the count of bremsstrahlung has a good linear relationship with quantity of (~(32)P).
