温敏性钇-90凝胶的制备及性能研究

The Preparation and Performance of the Temperature-Sensitive Yttrium-90 Radioactive Gel

  • 摘要: 放射性凝胶由放射性核素结合温敏性凝胶载体,可用于实体肿瘤的治疗。本研究以壳聚糖/β-甘油磷酸钠作为凝胶基体制备负载治疗用核素钇-9090Y的放射性凝胶。合成制备钇-90磷酸盐并对其标记能力进行验证,分析溶剂种类、β-甘油磷酸钠浓度、钇磷酸盐浓度等条件对凝胶转变时间、温度的影响。在最佳条件下,对制备的钇-90凝胶的泄漏率、均一性以及稳定性等指标进行验证。结果显示,钇-90标记率可达98%,制备得到的钇-90凝胶可在人体环境温度(37 ℃)下,3 min内由液态完成凝胶转变;在PBS缓冲液体系下,凝胶中钇-90的泄漏率低于3×10−5

     

    Abstract: Radionuclides combined with the temperature-sensitive gel carrier could apply to tumor therapy. In this paper, the preparation of yttrium-90 radioactive gel was conducted while performance of gel property was introduced. The results showed that the yttrium-90 labeling yield could reach 98%, and Y-90 radioactive gel could be converted within three minutes under the human environment temperature (37 ℃). Meanwhile, in the PBS buffer liquid, the leakage ratio of the yttrium in the gel is below 3×10−5.
