双杯微量热计的研制

The Double Cup Microcalorimeter Development

  • 摘要: 本工作成功研制几十微瓦级活度微量热计。微量热计采用半导体热电偶作为测温元件,同时改进原有的单杯测量方法,提出双杯补偿法进行测量,降低微活度计的热功率测量下限。根据双杯等温测量原理,搭建了双杯微量热计系统,设计开发了基于TestPoint平台的数据采集和数据处理软件。本研究对双杯微量热计系统的电学性能和灵敏度系数进行校准,获得两个测量杯的灵敏度系数分别为−12.5 W/V和13.6 W/V,测量下限的信噪比可达3.1。

     

    Abstract: In this work, the activity microcalorimeter of tens of μW has been successfully developed. The semiconductor thermocouple is used as the temperature measuring element for micrometer. Meanwhile, the original single-cup measurement method is improved and the double cup compensation method is proposed to reduce the lower limit of thermal power measurement for micrometer. According to the principle of double cup isothermal measurement, a double cup microcalorimeter system is built, and the software of data acquisition and data processing is designed and developed. In this paper, the electrical performance and sensitivity coefficient of the double cup microcalorimeter system are calibrated, and the sensitivity coefficient of the double measuring cups and the signal-to-noise ratio of the measurement limit are obtained respectively.
