一器四室同位素电磁分离器研制

R&D of One Unit with Four Chambers Isotope Electromagnetic Separator

  • 摘要: 同位素自主供应对国民经济与健康中国建设意义重大,为实现国内紧缺同位素产业化,开展一器四室同位素电磁分离器研制。通过对离子源引出的离子束束流光学进行分析,运用有限元方法计算磁场,依据物理计算结果完成设备设计、制造与组装,并进行磁场测量。结果表明,可实现176Yb、87Rb 等稳定同位素的接收,且丰度结果较好,表明一器四室同位素电磁分离器研制成功,为国内紧缺同位素产业化提供了关键技术支持,后续还需进一步优化设备性能以满足同位素产业发展需求。

     

    Abstract: The independent supply of isotopes is of great significance for the national economy and the construction of a Healthy China. To achieve the industrialization of domestically scarce isotopes.This study carried out the research and development of an isotope electromagnetic separator with four chambers. Through the analysis of the ion beam optics of the ion source, the magnetic field was calculated using the finite element method. Based on the physical calculation results, the design, manufacturing, and assembly of the equipment were completed, and the magnetic field measurement was carried out. As a result, the reception of stable isotopes such as 176Yb and 87Rb was successfully achieved, and the abundance results were satisfactory. This achievement marks the successful development of the isotope electromagnetic separator with four chambers, providing key support for the industrialization of domestically scarce isotopes. It is a great significance for promoting the independent supply of isotopes, boosting economic development, and contributing to the construction of a Healthy China. In the follow-up, the performance of the equipment can be further optimized to promote the development of the isotope industry.
