药用氯化钇⁹⁰Y溶液中锶⁹⁰Sr分析方法

摘要: 针对药用氯化钇⁹⁰Y溶液中⁹⁰Sr含量快速检测的分析需求，本研究提出采用DGA树脂分离氯化钇⁹⁰Y溶液中的⁹⁰Sr，并使用液体闪烁计数器进行测量的方法。研究DGA树脂的上柱酸度和淋洗体积，并进行方法验证。结果表明，该方法检测结果稳定可靠，线性良好，满足⁹⁰Sr限度＜2×10⁻⁵ Bq/Bq（⁹⁰Y）的要求，检测时间＜2 h，降低了放行检测时间成本和操作人员的辐射剂量。

Abstract: For the rapid analysis of the amoun of ⁹⁰Sr in medical yttrium⁹⁰Y chloride solution, ⁹⁰Sr was separated from the yttrium⁹⁰Y chloride solution by DGA resin,and measured by a liquid scintillation counter. The acidity and volume the elution were also studied. The results show that this method provides stable and reliable detection results, good linearity, and fully meets the detection requirements of ⁹⁰Sr with a limit of <2×10⁻⁵ Bq/Bq (⁹⁰Y). The detection time is less than 2 hours, reducing the time of release testing and the radiation dose to operators.
