联硒透明质酸的制备及其在射线辐照下对肿瘤的联合治疗评价

Preparation of Diselenide-Hyaluronic Acid and Evaluation of Its Tumor Therapy Effect Under Irradiation

  • 摘要: 为提高抗肿瘤药物的效力及生物相容性,本研究开发了联硒透明质酸作为在射线辐照下的肿瘤联合治疗药物。在对正常细胞的毒性评价中发现,采用适当分子量的透明质酸复合联硒基团可减小药物毒性。在低治疗剂量4 Gy的射线辐照下,短时间内可达到对肿瘤的显著治疗效果,实现肿瘤细胞存活率30%所需要的药物浓度仅为27 μg/mL。以上结果表明,本研究开发的联硒透明质酸可为在射线辐照条件下对肿瘤的治疗提供更有效方案。

     

    Abstract: In order to enhance the drug anti-tumor efficacy and biocompatibility, diselenide-hyaluronic acid has been developed as tumor therapy drug under irradiation in this research. In cellular toxicity evaluation, we observed that the introduction of hyaluronic acid had reduced the toxicity of diselenide agent. Under low therapeutic irradiation dose 4 Gy, remarkable anti-tumor effect has been realized, which tumor cellular viability can be realized with the drug concentration of only 27 μg/mL. The diselenide-hyaluronic acid developed in this research can provide an effective tumor therapy protocol under irradiation.
