电离辐射在肿瘤放射治疗中的应用与放射生物学效应研究进展

Application of Ionizing Radiation in Tumor Radiotherapy and Research Progress of Radiobiological Effects

  • 摘要: 外照射放疗和核素治疗在临床治疗中广泛应用,尤其是应用于多种肿瘤的治疗。电离辐射作用于机体后,直接或间接作用于机体组织和器官的细胞分子,产生不同的生物学效应。深入研究和了解电离辐射及其生物学效应对核技术的高效应用具有重要意义。本文对电离辐射在医学中的应用及其放射生物学效应进行综述,以期为核技术在医学中更广泛的应用提供参考。

     

    Abstract: External radiation therapy and radionuclidebased therapies are widely used in clinical practice, particularly in the treatment of various tumors. After ionizing radiation acts on the body, its direct or indirect effects have different biological effects on the molecules, cells, tissues, and organs of the body. Deep research and understanding of ionizing radiation and its biological effects are important for efficient application of nuclear technology. This paper reviews the use of ionizing radiation in medicine and its radiobiological effects in order to serve as a reference for the wider application of nuclear technology in medicine.
