Abstract:
In the measurement of thermoluminescence dose, the intensity of reference light source is one of the most important factors. The adjustment of the intensity of the reference light source is often realized by adjusting the high voltage of the measuring instrument. However, the increase of the high voltage parameter value often leads to the increase of the dark current of the measuring instrument, which leads to the increase of the deviation of the measured value. Frequent adjustment of high-voltage parameters may also make the performance of the instrument worse. In view of the measurement deviation caused by the change of the reference light source intensity, a measurement correction method is proposed, that is, the corresponding correction coefficient is obtained by using the change of the reference light source intensity value in the measurement and the reference light source intensity value in the scale measurement. The method is proved to be more accurate and less error by the test of standard value sample, and is applied in practical work.
