放射性废油蒸汽重整尾气分析方法研究

Analytical Method of Exhaust Gas from Steam Reforming of Radioactive Waste Oil

  • 摘要: 采用蒸汽重整技术,利用高温蒸汽与有机废油产生重整反应,将放射性有机废油中的高分子聚合物重整为小分子可燃气体,同时将其内部的放射性核素进行矿化包容,可安全有效处置。针对重整尾气的分析检测难点,本研究使用缓冲罐、电磁阀、辅助加热设备、金属烧结滤芯、真空泵等装置,自主设计了一套适用于重整尾气的检测分析系统。该系统实现了在负压和高温工况下,重整尾气的稳定进气和在线检测分析,减小尾气中水分和粉尘对检测结果的影响和对检测仪器的损害。实验结果验证了尾气分析方法的可靠性,为工程样机的研制提供了准确的实验数据和技术支持。

     

    Abstract: This research carries out difficult analysis and practical discussion on the method for exhaust gas analysis of the steam reforming of radioactive organic waste oil. This paper independently designed a detection analysis system suitable for reforming exhaust gas by using buffer tanks, solenoid valves, auxiliary heating equipment, metal sintering filters, vacuum pumps and other devices. The system realizes the stable intake of reforming exhaust gas and online detection and analysis under the condition of negative pressure and high temperature and reduces the influence of moisture and dust in the exhaust gas on detection results and damage to detection instruments. Finally, the result verified the reliability of the exhaust gas analysis method through the experimental data, which provides accurate experimental data and technical input for the next development of engineering prototypes and promotes the transformation from scientific research innovation to engineering practice.
