30B产品容器收料可行性研究及应用

Study and Application of 30B Container for Product Collection

  • 摘要: 针对国内铀浓缩工厂采用3 m3B容器收取级联精料产品,后续生产环节再将3 m3B非标大容器中的产品分装至30B产品容器,分装工艺中液态分装环节难以在耐压装置内完成,存在一定物料泄漏风险,建立直接用30B容器收取级联产品时容器内部压力计算的理论模型,对不同数量30B容器并联收料时内部压力进行计算,计算结果表明,直接用30B容器收取级联产品可行。以典型规模的现有级联为例,针对30B产品容器的收料过程存在的问题,提出解决方案,并进行30B容器的收料实验,实验结果验证了理论计算模型准确性,表明30B容器直接收取精料产品的工艺可行,可以在同类工厂及新建工厂推广应用。

     

    Abstract: Under the situation that the type 3 m3B containers are used to collect enriched product from cascade at domestic uranium enrichment plants, and in the subsequent process, the product has to be distributed into several type 30B product cylinders from a type 3 m3B cylinder which is a non-standard large container. During the distribution process, the liquid dispensing link is hard to be fulfilled within a pressure tight device because there is existing of material leakage risk. In order to save such a problem, a theoretical model was established to calculate the internal pressure of a type 30B cylinder which is directly used to collect product from cascade. After different calculation of internal pressure taken for various type 30B product cylinders which are connected in parallel for collecting product,showing that it is feasible to directly use a type 30B cylinder to collect product. Taking the current cascade with a typical capacity as an example, for the leakage risk during the material is being collected by using the type 30B cylinder, a solution is proposed in addition to the accuracy of the theoretic model which is verified by experiments. As a conclusion, it is practical to directly use type 30B cylinders to collect the enriched material from cascade, and such experience could be extended in similar or subsequent plants.
