  • 摘要: 可调式无功功率补偿装置采用可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)作为主控核心,根据实验几种不同工况所需的无功功率,设计由多个小容量电容相互并联组合而成的电容组,通过程序控制与硬件回路配合投切不同容量的电容,完成所需容量电容组的并联组合。采用触摸屏作为人机交互介质,通过人工选择实现可调式无功功率补偿,同时增加频率保护功能。 经过实验室真实电机负载测试,可调式无功功率补偿装置运行正常,在多种工况条件下,无功功率补偿装置可将功率因数λ由补偿前的0.2提升至0.7左右,有效提升了供电系统的运行效率,并降低了线路损耗。同时在满足实验所要求的工况数量基础上,根据测试数据增加补偿的分辨率,进一步保证功率因数大于0.6,且功能性更加完善。现可调式无功功率补偿装置已正式投入使用,保障了供电系统输出电压稳定,使某实验运行更加稳定可靠。

     

    Abstract: Adjustable reactive power compensation device uses the programmable logic controller as the control core, according to several different test condition of the reactive power, designed by multiple small capacity mutual combination parallel capacitor group, through process control with hardware circuit for capacitance of different capacity, complete the required capacity of the parallel combination of capacitor group. The touch screen is used as the man-machine interaction medium to realize the adjustable reactive power compensation by manual selection and increase the frequency protection function at the same time. According to the real motor load test in the laboratory, the adjustable reactive power compensation device operates normally. Under various working conditions, the reactive power compensation device can increase the power factor from 0.2 before compensation to about 0.7. Effectively improving the operating efficiency of the power supply system and reducing the loss on the line. At the same time, on the basis of satisfying the number of working conditions required by the test, the resolution of compensation is increased according to the test data to further ensure that the power factor is greater than 0.6 and the function is more perfect. Now the adjustable reactive power compensation device has been put into use, which ensures the stability of the output voltage of the frequency power supply system and makes the operation of a certain test more stable and reliable.
