Development status of 3H and 14C Radiolabeled Compounds

  • 摘要: 3H与14C标记化合物作为示踪剂具有半衰期长,放射性能量低,毒性小、检测灵敏度高等优点,在生物技术、医药开发、农业、工业等领域有着广泛应用。随着新药创新研究的开展,对3H与14C标记化合物的需求也在日渐增加。本文总结了3H与14C标记化合物制备方法,分析了其在各研究领域的应用,简要回顾了3H与14C标记化合物在国内发展情况,并对国内放射性标记化合物的发展前景进行了展望,以期能促进3H与14C标记化合物的发展,满足国内科学研究对放射性标记化合物的需求。

     

    Abstract: 3H and 14C labeled compounds have many advantages as the tracer such as long half-life, low radioactive energy, low toxicity and high detection sensitivity. They are widely used in biotechnology, pharmaceutical development, agriculture, industry and many other fields. The demand for 3H and 14C labeled compounds is increasing with the development of new drug research. In the present paper, the summarizes of the preparation methods of 3H and 14C labeled compounds was performed and the analysises of their applications in various research fields were described. A brief review of the development of 3H and 14C labeled compounds in China and prospects of the domestic radiolabeled compounds development were performed in this paper too. All these works were hoped to promote the development of labeled compounds and meet the needs of domestic scientific research for labeled compounds.
