中枢神经系统临床用PET显像剂的研究进展

Recent Progress of PET Radio-tracer for Clinical Use in Central Nervous System

  • 摘要: 中枢神经系统结构精密、功能复杂,目前对其认知不足。PET显像能从细胞分子水平动态观察受体、酶、基因表达、血流和物质代谢变化状况,不仅可以揭示中枢神经系统病理、生理、生化过程,还能对中枢神经系统疾病进行早期诊断及预后评估。PET靶向分子探针是大脑PET显像的关键。近年来,随着多模态分子成像、影像组学、人工智能等技术的发展,PET显像剂与其交叉学科的研究也成为热门。本文对中枢神经系统常用的PET显像剂与相关的研究进展进行综述,以期为这些探针在中枢神经系统临床疾病的诊治提供有益的参考。

     

    Abstract: Central nervous system is characterized by a sophisticated structure and complex functions. Nowadays, our knowledge about central nervous system is still insufficient. PET (positron emission computed tomography) imaging technique allows for dynamic observations for the changes of receptor, enzyme, gene expression, blood flow and metabolism process from the molecular level, and thus not only reveals physiological, pathological and biochemical processes of the central nervous system, but also provides an effective imaging means for the early diagnosis and prognosis evaluation of central nervous system diseases. PET targeting molecular probe is critical for PET imaging in the brain. In recent years, with the development of multi-modal molecular imaging, radiomics, artificial intelligence and other technologies, extensive studies on PET imaging agentradio-tracer and its interdisciplinary techniques are being performed. In this review, PET radio-tracers commonly used in the central nervous system were summarized so as to provide a useful guide for the diagnosis and treatment of diseases related to the central nervous system when these tracers are used.
