反射磁铁在改善线缆辐照均匀性方面的应用

Application of Reflection Magnet in Improving the Irradiation Uniformity of Cables

  • 摘要: 电子加速器辐照线缆,特别是辐照大规格线缆(外径40~80 mm)时,经常出现辐照不均匀现象。本文主要分析线缆辐照加工时出现不均匀现象的原因及解决方法,详细介绍反射磁铁的工作原理与使用方法,并对比使用反射磁铁与不使用反射磁铁辐照线缆的效果。辐照结果表明,使用反射磁铁辐照可提高大规格线缆的辐照均匀性。

     

    Abstract: When the electron accelerator irradiates the wires and cables, especially large size wire and cables (the outer diameter is 40-80 mm), the irradiation is often uneven. The difference between the maximum and the minimum thermal elongation is far more than 1.5 times, or the inhomogeneity is far more than 20 percent. In order to improve the irradiation uniformity of cables, reflection magnet is used to supplement and perfect the irradiation process of electron accelerator.This paper mainly analyses the causes and solutions of the non-uniform phenomenon in the irradiation processing of wires and cable, introduces the working principle and application method of reflection magnet, and compares the effects of using reflection magnet and not using reflection magnet to irradiate wires and cables. The irradiation results show that the irradiation uniformity of large size cables can be improved by using reflection magnets, which can provide reference for improving the irradiation uniformity of large size cables.
