MCNP5模拟钴-60辐照装置产品吸收剂量的研究

MCNP5 Study on the Absorbed Dose of Cobalt-60 Irradiation Facility

  • 摘要: 根据某单位钴-60工业辐照装置的特点,以双板钴源源架中心为坐标原点,采用蒙特卡罗软件MCNP5建立更接近实际的辐照模型。模拟空气参考面的吸收剂量分布以验证排源方案。模拟计算不同对辐照箱(8对、16对、24对、48对)在不同悬挂链速度情况下单个辐照箱内产品的平均吸收剂量,并与实验测量值进行对比。结果表明,模拟值与实验测量值的平均相对偏差小于10%。MCNP5建立的辐照模型以及模拟计算结果具有很好的符合性并且可信,能反映辐照箱中产品的剂量分布情况,对实际工作和研究具有指导意义。

     

    Abstract: According to the characteristics of a cobalt-60 irradiation facility, we have built a more realistic model by using Monte Carlo software MCNP5, taking the center of the two source racks as the coordinate origin.In order to check the source distribution scheme, the absorbed dose distribution of the reference plane was simulated. The average absorbed dose in one carrier under different chain speeds and different numbers of the total carriers (48 carriers, 24 carriers, 16 carriers, 8 carriers) were calculated. Compared to the measured value, the calculation results showed that the average relative deviation between the simulated and measurements was less than 10%, which means the model and the simulation result established by MCNP5 are accurate and credible. It can describe the dose distribution in products in the carriers, which will provide guidance for the real work and research.
