基于Abaqus的放射性光源激光封割技术仿真研究

Simulation Research on Laser Sealing and Cutting of Radioactive Light Source Based on Abaqus

  • 摘要: 利用有限元软件Abaqus,对放射性光源的激光封割过程进行仿真。研究在旋转条件下,放射性光源玻璃管于不同激光功率辐照下随着时间变化的温度分布及热应力分布。结果表明,激光辐照在放射性光源玻璃管圆周上,可以实现整管同时熔融,并随着激光功率的增大,所需的封割时间越小。通过实验验证,得到封割的仿真值与实验值较为一致,可为最终确立放射性光源激光封割的条件参数提供指导。

     

    Abstract: The laser cutting and sealing of the radioactive light source was simulated by the finite element software Abaqus. The temperature distribution and thermal stress distribution of the glass tube of radioactive light source were obtained, under rotating conditions with time and different laser power irradiation. The analysis results show that the laser irradiation on the circumference of the glass tube can achieve the simultaneous melting of the whole tube, and the shorter sealing time was required as the laser power increased. Finally, the experimental results show that the simulated values of the cutting and sealing were consistent with the experimental values, which would provide guidance for the final establishment of the condition parameters of the laser cutting and sealing of the radioactive light source.
