采用试剂盒在改进的住友CFN氟多功能模块上合成FDG

The Synthesis of FDG on Improved Multifunction Module using Sumitomo CFN Fluoride as Raw Material

  • 摘要: 采用改进的住友CFN氟多功能模块合成FDG并进行临床显像。用1.5 mL K2CO3K2.2.2混合液淋洗QMA柱,1 mL乙腈除水,三氟甘露糖(ABX)溶于1 mL乙腈中,在90 ℃下进行亲核反应,1 mol/L NaOH溶液在80 ℃下进行液相水解,抽取7 mL无菌用水稀释产品,合成FDG。结果显示,合成17批次FDG,平均产率约为55% (未校正),放化纯度约为98%;注射合成的FDG后,兔子无热源反应,人体临床显像良好。以上结果表明,改进后的方法能缩短合成时间,产品符合临床显像要求。

     

    Abstract: Sumitomo CFN multifunction module was improved to synthesize FDG with Beijing PET reagent kit, and study the clinical effects. Using improved Sumitomo the CFN fluorine multifunction module, QMA column was leached with 1.5 mL K2CO3 and K2.2.2 mixture, 1 mL of acetonitrile was used to remove water, mannose triflate (ABX) was dissolved in 1 mL of acetonitrile in a nucleophilic reaction at 90 ℃, 1 mol/L NaOH with 1.5 mL sterile water was used for liquid phase hydrolysis at 80 ℃, Extract 7 mL of sterile water for dilution of the product. The average yield of FDG was about 55% after 17 times sythesis (uncorrected), and the radiochemical purity was about 98%. The rabbit had no heat source reaction and the whole body imaging was good after injection of FDG. This method can shorten the synthesis time and meet the requirements of clinical imaging.
