胆甾醇辛酸酯-辛酰基-1-13C的合成

Synthesis of Cholesteryl Octanoate-octanoyl-1-13C

  • 摘要: 采用缩合与催化的组合方式,利用胆固醇(Ch-OH)与辛酸-1-13C反应,合成胆甾醇辛酸酯-辛酰基-1-13C(ChO-13C),产率84.1%,13C丰度99.0%,光学纯度99.0%,化学纯度99.5%。用HPLC-ELSD、LC-MS和1H NMR对产品进行表征,确定产品为胆甾醇辛酸酯结构。

     

    Abstract: Cholesteryl octanoate-octanoyl-1-13C was synthesized by a method of coupling-catalysis. The yield of 13C labeled Cholesteryl octanoate was 84.1% (based on Cholesterol), with 99.0% atom 13C 99.0% optical purity and 99.5% chemical purity. The product was characterized by HPLC-ELSD, LC-MS and 1H NMR. The structure and 13C isotopic enrichment of it was determined and measured by LCMS and 1H NMR.
