DMDAAC-AM辐射接枝淀粉基水凝胶的制备与吸水性能研究

Preparation of Starch-g-PAM-co-PDMDAAC Hydrogel by Radiation Grafting and the Study of Its Swelling Behavior

  • 摘要: 以淀粉(St)、二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(DMDAAC)、丙烯酰胺(AM)为原料, N,N’-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺作为交联剂,采用辐射引发的方法,制备了DMDAAC-AM接枝的阳离子淀粉凝胶,并用红外分析验证了样品;保持辐照剂量、淀粉两种单体质量都不变的情况下,研究了N,N’-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺用量对产物吸水后溶胀比的影响。结果表明,凝胶的膨胀比与N,N’亚甲基双丙烯酰胺交联单体用量的有关,随着交联单体的用量增加而下降。

     

    Abstract: Using irradiation method and cross-linking agent N,N’-methylene-bis-acrylamide,the cationic starch hydrogel was synthesized by the graft copolymerization of starch with dimethyl diallyl ammonium chloride (DMDAAC) and acryamide(AM). The product was analyzed by FTIR. The relationships between the swelling ratio and the amount of N,N’-methylene-bis-acrylamide were studied. The results show that the swelling ratio of cationic starch hydrogel has decreased. As the amount of cross-linking agent increased.
