Shortcut Design for Cascade System of Light Isotope Mixture Separation

  • 摘要: 为了寻求基于实验设计的轻同位素分离级联系统的简捷设计方法,以级联系统的年总费用为考察指标,以各分离级的相对抽取率、关键组分的富集倍数为决策变量,采用均匀设计法对低温精馏分离稳定同位素13CO的三级联系统进行了优化设计。通过对均匀实验的结果进行回归分析,得到了级联系统的年总费用与各决策变量之间关系的数学模型,从而得到当年总费用最低时级联系统的各决策变量,以此进行各分离级的工艺设计。通过使用DPS软件数据处理系统对均匀实验结果进行回归分析,得到了级联系统年总费用对各级联参量的数学模型,并得到了年总费用达到最小值时的各级联参量值。

     

    Abstract: In order to seek the shortcut method based on experimental designing method for the cascade system used in the light isotope separation, the optimization design of three cascades system for the stable isotope 13C separation by carbon monoxide (CO) cryogenic distillation using uniform design method was taken as an example. The annual total cost of the cascade system was the testing index, the relative withdrawal of the stages and the enrichment degree of the key component were the decision variables. The mathematical model of the cascade annual total cost relative to the decision variables was obtained by means of the regression analysis of the results of uniform designs. Then the decision variables at the minimum annual total cost can be figured out, which can be used to calculate the cascade craft. The mathematical model of the annual total cost of the cascade system relative to the decision variables was obtained by means of the regression analysis of the uniform design experimental results using software DPS. And the cascade parameters at the minimum annual total cost were gotten through the model.
