炎症显像剂的临床应用及研究进展

Clinical Application and Progress in Research of Inflammation Imaging Agent

  • 摘要: 目前,临床常用炎症显像剂有67Ga-枸椽酸盐、18F-FDG,放射性核素标记的非特异性人免疫球蛋白、白细胞、抗粒细胞单克隆抗体以及环丙沙星。本文对它们的显像原理、临床应用概况以及各自的优缺点进行了简述;并详细介绍了在研的炎症特异性显像剂,如放射性核素标记的细胞因子及其拮抗剂,以及针对病原微生物的感染特异性显像剂,如放射性核素标记的抗菌药、噬菌体、甲壳酶与甲壳结合蛋白、抗菌肽、核苷及其类似物,在炎症/感染灶内的定位机制和它们的研究现状。

     

    Abstract: The characteristics of current available radiopharmaceuticals for inflammation imaging, including 67Ga-citrate, 18F-FDG,radiolabeled nonspecific human immunoglobulin, leukocytes, antigranulocyte monoclonal antibodies, and ciprofloxacin, were introduced briefly. The inflammation-/infection-specific tracers which were in the process of researching, i.e., radiolabeled cytokines and their antagonists for inflammation-specific imaging, and the tracers targeting micro-organisms for infection-specific imaging, such as radiolabeled antibiotics, bacteriophages, chitinase and chitin-binding proteins, antimicrobial peptides, and nucleosides and their derivates, are addressed in detail.
