降低轰击电子能量法定量分析空气中的氖

Quantitative Analysis of Neon in Air by Lowering Impact Electron Energy

  • 摘要: 采用降低电子轰击型离子源(EI源)中轰击电子能量的方法定量分析了西安地区天然空气中的Ne。将EI源中的轰击电子能量设置为43.5 eV,以去除40Ar2+20Ne+的干扰。以此参数为核心,优化了其他离子源参数。利用在线同位素稀释法对西安地区天然空气中的氖进行了5次分析,相对标准偏差为0.6%,平均值与文献值在2%以内符合,说明这种去干扰的方法可用于氖的定量分析。

     

    Abstract: Natural Neon of Xi’an area was quantitatively analyzed by lowering impact electron energy in EI ion source. Impact electron energy was set to 43.5 eV to eliminate the 40Ar2+ interference with 20Ne+. Based on this core parameter,other parameters of EI ion source were optimized. Then online isotope dilution method was used to analyze natural neon of Xi’an area for five times, the relative standard deviation was 0.6% and the average value accords with the reported data in 2%. So this eliminating interference method can be used to quantitatively analyze neon.
