Development of Radioisotope 18F in Nuclear Medicine

  • 摘要: 通过对近年来18F在肿瘤显像中的应用、标记合成与分析技术、制备途径及18F发生器的选材设计分析可知:18F-FDG PET肿瘤显像是迄今为止临床应用最为广泛和成功的正电子肿瘤显像方法。核医学显像技术的进步带动了体内放射性药物的发展,18F用于临床诊断和标记研究已进入了一个崭新的时代;目前制备18F的主要手段是通过质子辐照18O富集水,18F发生器的选材与构型设计是最重要的关键技术。

     

    Abstract: The application of 18F in tumor imaging, the marking synthesis and analysis techniques of 18F radiopharmaceutical, the way of preparation for 18F and the material selecting for 18F generator design were summarized. 18F-FDG PET tumor imaging is the most wide and successful method of positron imaging for tumor in clinic. Due to the progress of nuclear medicine imaging technology leading the development of the in vivo radiopharmaceuticals, 18F drug for the diagnosis and clinical markers has entered a new era. Moreover, it is the primary means to prepare 18F through the proton bombarding 18O enriched water. The material and configuration designing of 18F generator are the most important key technologies.
