HPLC法测定⁹⁹Tc—亚甲基二膦酸盐注射液A剂中高锝酸盐含量

摘要: 建立了测定锝99Tc亚甲基二膦酸盐注射液A剂中99TcO4-含量的高效液相色谱法。对色谱柱、流动相和检测波长等实验条件进行了选择，确定采用XTerra RP18色谱柱，0.03mol/L HAc-NaAc（pH5.5）缓冲溶液为流动相，流速1.0mL/min，检测波长248nm，保留时间2.2min，检测下限1X10-3μg（以99Tc计），方法的回收率90%～97%，精密度<2%。

Abstract: The determination of pertechnetate in techetium99Tc methylenediphosphonate injection by HPLC is proposed.The effects of analytical column, eluent and detection wavelenegth are studied. The detection conditions are on a XTerra RP18 column, using 0.03mol/L HAc-NaAc as mobile phase with a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min and detection wavelenegth of 248nm.The retention time of 99TcO4- is 2.2min and detection limit of 99Tc is 110-3μg.The range of the recovery is 90%～97%，and relative standard diversion is less than 2%.
