γ计数器定量测定90Y标记化合物在动物体内的生物分布

Quantitative Measurement of 90Y-labeled compounds in Animal Biodistribution by γ Counter

  • 摘要: 为了研究90Y标记化合物在实验动物的生物分布,使用γ计数器定量测量90Y在动物组织样本中由于β-粒子韧致辐射产生的放射性计数。实验中比较了样品体积、样品活度、组织消化液浓度与颜色、不同组织消化液以及组织样品消化前后对γ计数器测量结果的影响。实验数据表明,组织样品经消化后调整到同一测量体积,可以用γ计数器对90Y标记化合物在实验动物的生物分布进行定量测量。

     

    Abstract: In order to investigate the biodistribution of 90Y-labeled compounds in animal experiment, γ counter was used to quantitatively measure the radioactive counts from 90Y bremsstrahlung in tissue samples. The effect of factors on measurement result was compared, including sample volume, sample radioactivity, concentration and color of digested tissue samples, different digested tissue samples, and the tissue samples before and after digesting. The experimental data demonstrated that γ counter can be used to quantitatively measure the biodistribution of 90Y-labeled compounds in animal experiment when the tissue samples were digested and adjust the volume to same level.
