188ReN核配合物制备新方法研究

NewNew Method for Preparation of Nitrido188Re Complexes

  • 摘要: 提出了以丁二酰肼(SDH)作为N给予体,SnCl2作为还原剂,加入非放ReO4-,在草酸存在下,制备产率大于95%的188Re≡N核中间体化合物。并在此基础上,制得了放化纯大于90%的新型配合物188ReN–NEPTDD(2,2,9,9-四甲基-4,7-二氮-4-乙撑哌啶-1,10-二硫癸烷),该配合物具有较好的稳定性。

     

    Abstract: 188ReNint2+ was obained easily in high yield(>95%) by using SDH(succinic dihydrazide) as a donor of nitride atom(N3-),SnCl2•2H2O as a reducing agent and oxalic as an accelerant. Furthermore, a new compound 188ReN-NEPTDD, which was prepared with the radiochemical purity (RCP) over 90%.The compoud was highly stable.
