PET技术在基因显像研究中的应用

The progress of radiopharmaceuticals for positron emission tomography used in gene imaging

摘要: 随着基因研究的发展， PET技术在基因显像中发挥着越来越重要的作用。本文对近年来报告基因显像和直接基因显像的现状和进展进行了论述，着重介绍了以酶、受体和转运体为基础的报告基因显像以及采用反义技术 DNA或 RNA直接 PET显像，并指出了其存在问题及发展前景。

Abstract: With the development of gene research, the PET technique has played more and more important role in the gene imaging. The development of antisense imaging and report gene imaging including enzyme, receptor, transporter and antisense technology in DNA（ RNA） are described as well as the problems and prospect of gene imaging are also pointed out.
