188Re-DTPA-DG的制备及其在荷瘤裸 鼠体内的分布

Preparation and Biodistribution of 188Re-DTPA-DG in Mice Bearing MCF-7

  • 摘要: 制备了188Re-DTPA-DG并对其在荷瘤裸鼠的体内分布进行了初步探讨。将葡胺盐酸盐与DTPA连接,合成DTPA-DG,再用188Re标记,并进行荷MCF-7乳腺癌裸鼠的体内分布特性研究。结果表明,188Re-DTPA-DG的标记率95.0%。静脉注射188Re-DTPA-DG后12 h,肿瘤与周围肌肉的含量比值高达12.76:1。188Re-DTPA-DG显示较好肿瘤靶向性。

     

    Abstract: The purpose of this article is to study the preparation and biodistribution of 188Re-DTPA-DG in nude mice bearing MCF-7 mammary cancer cell. DTPA-deoxyglucose (DTPA-DG) was synthesized by conjugating D-glucosamine to diethylenetriaminepentaacetic acid (DTPA), then radiolabeled with 188Re. The biodistribution of 88Re-DTPA-DG in nude mice bearing MCF-7 mammary cancer cell was studied. The result showed that the radiolabeling yield of 188Re-DTPA-DG was 95.0%. The tumor-to-muscle ratio at 12h post intravenous injection was 12.76. 188Re-DTPA-DG showed excellent tumor targeting.
