高效液相色谱法测定尿素13C混合粉中的尿素13C含量

  • 摘要: 用高效液相色谱法测定了尿素13C混合粉中的尿素13C含量。用Alltech Econosphere NH2柱(250mm×4.6mm,5µm)作色谱柱,色谱条件为:V(乙腈):V(甲醇):V(水)=900:100:10为流动相,流速为1mL•min-1,检测波长为200nm,进样量为20 µL。尿素13C在0.2~1.0 mg•mL-1浓度范围内,呈良好的线性关系,回归方程为:y=2.548×106x+4.005×104 ,r=0.9999,平均回收率为100.6%。本法简便、准确,适于尿素13C混合粉的质量控制。

     

    Abstract: A HPLC method is developed for determination of Urea 13C in Urea 13C Mixed Powder. A Alltech Econosphere NH2 column (250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)is used as stationary phase, a mixture of V(acetonitrile):V(methol):v(water)=900:100:10is used as mobile phase and the flow rate is 1 mL•min-1, UV detection wavelength is performed at 200 nm. The calibration curve shows good linearity in the range of 0.2-1.0 mL•min-1 of Urea 13C, y=2.548×106x+4.005×104 ,r=0.999 9, and the averaged recovery is 100.6%. The method is simple and accurate, and can be used for the quality control of Urea 13C Mixed Powder.
