Abstract:
A HPLC method is developed for determination of Urea 13C in Urea 13C Mixed Powder. A Alltech Econosphere NH2 column (250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)is used as stationary phase, a mixture of V(acetonitrile):V(methol):v(water)=900:100:10is used as mobile phase and the flow rate is 1 mL•min-1, UV detection wavelength is performed at 200 nm. The calibration curve shows good linearity in the range of 0.2-1.0 mL•min-1 of Urea 13C, y=2.548×106x+4.005×104 ,r=0.999 9, and the averaged recovery is 100.6%. The method is simple and accurate, and can be used for the quality control of Urea 13C Mixed Powder.
