3H-RNA示踪法研究大鼠口服核糖核酸后的组织分布

Acid Taken Orally by Rat With 3H-RNA Tracing Technique

  • 摘要: 利用3H-RNA示踪法研究了大鼠口服核糖核酸(RNA)制剂(80mg/kg)后0.5、1.0、4.0和10.0 h RNA代谢产物在脑、甲状腺、胸腺、心、肺、肝,脾、胃、小肠、结肠、肾、睾丸、子宫、肌肉和皮肤的分布,旨在对核酸类生物制品的深度开发提供依据。结果显示,大鼠口服RNA后,其代谢产物在各器官中均有分布,除在胃和肠中含量很高外,在神经、内分泌和免疫相关组织中含量也较高。在给药后10 h时RNA代谢产物在组织中仍有一定含量,这表明RNA已被组织利用。

     

    Abstract: The rat histological distributions of ribonucleic acid(RNA) metabolite are detected by 3H-RNA radioactive tracing technique. The results indicate that the RNA metabolites are distributed in every organ of the rat after taking orally. The RNA metabolite contents are higher in nervous, endocrine and immune systems in addition to stomach and intestine. The certain amount of RNA metabolite is still maintained in tissues at 10.0 h after taking RNA orally.It indicates that RNA has been used by the tissues
