Abstract:
11C-Triflae-CH3 is formed with 11C-CH3I in an on-line device. The covered yield and radiochemistry purity are analysed by HPLC basied on their different lipophilic. The system converted 11C-CH3I to 11C-Triflae-CH3 at 95% efficiency. The converted yield hadn’t relationship with the carried gas flow (between 20-80ml/min), but decreased when the temperature is below 180℃. The methylation yield of 11C-Triflae-CH3 is higher than 11C-CH3I at receptor radiopharmaceuticals. The on-line device can be used over 120 times after changed the chemical reagents
