Abstract: Isotopes, including both radioactive and stable isotopes, make important contributions to development of society and economy, and progress of science and technology in the USA. Main Institutions, facilities and capacities of isotope production in the States are described respectively, and the future demand of isotopes as well as how it can be met is also introduced briefly.
