Radiochemical Synthesis of 4-18FFluorobenzaldehyde

  • 摘要: 用三氟甲基磺酸-4-三甲基铵苯甲醛作标记前体制备了一种用途广泛的氟-18标记中间体4-18F氟苯甲醛,并用正交实验法对标记条件进行了优化。在最佳标记条件下,其合成时间为45 min,标记率为62.1%,放化产率为56.5%(衰变校正)。标记物经Sep-pak Plus C18柱纯化后,放化纯度大于95%

     

    Abstract: An useful fluorine-18 labelled intermediate 4-18Ffluorobenzaldehyde was prepared from trimethylammoniumbenzaldehyde triflate and 18Ffluoride and the labeling procedure was optimized by vertical-method. Under the optimized conditions, the synthesis time is 45 min, labeling yields is 62.1%, the radiochemical yield is 56.5% (decay-corrected) and, its radiochemical purity is greater than 95% after purified.
