Abstract: The development of 18F labeled hypoxic agents for PET imaging is mainly introduced. With the rapid development of PET imaging technique, the application of radiopharmaceuticals labeled with 18F in nuclear medicine becomes more and more widely and the hypoxic agents become the hot spots in recent radiopharmaceutical research. 18FMISO is the mostly studied of I8F labeled hypoxic agents in clinic. But because of 18FMISO having some defect, some new hypoxic agents are still need to be researched.
