Progress of Radioactive Imaging Agent of β-amyloid in the Brain With Alzheimer's Disease

  • 摘要: 阿尔茨海默病(AD)是一种脑神经退变性疾病,脑中β-淀粉样蛋白(Aβ斑块)的形成是产生AD的一个主要因素。使用Ap显像剂测量脑中Aβ斑块在AD的早期诊断和监测病情发展方面具有潜在的应用价值。从目前的研究情况可以看出,11C、18F、123I标记的苯并噻唑类显像剂的生物特性比较理想,有望率先应用于临床。

     

    Abstract: Alzheimer's disease (AD) is a neurodegenerative disease of the brain. Formation of β-amyloid (Aβ) plaques in the brain is a major factor in the pathogenesis of AD. Detection of Aβ plaques in the brain with imaging agent of Aβ will be potentially useful in early diagnosing and monitoring the progression of the disease. Seeing from the current study, the imaging agents of ben-zothiazole derivatives labeled with 11C, 18F or 123I have excellent characteristics, and are promising for diagnosing AD in clinic.
