Abstract: To optimize the preparation process of 188W-188Re generator, preparation and quality control of 188W-188Re generator are studied and the adsorption capacity of 188W on Al2O3 is determined. The results show that the elution efficiency of 188W-188Re generator is greater than 85%, the breakthrough of I88W is less than 10-6, radionuclide purity is greater than 99. 90% and radiochemical purity is greater than 99%. The contents of Bacteria and endotoxin in eluate are qualitified.
