双波长分光光度法测定放射性~(111)InCl_3溶液中微量In

Dual-wavelength Spectrophotometry Determination of Micro Amounts of Indium(Ⅲ) in Radioactive ~(111)InCl_3 Solution

  • 摘要: 利用在pH6.5的乙酸-乙酸钠(HAc-NaAc)缓冲溶液中,溴化十六烷基吡啶(CPB)存在下,In( )与苯基荧光酮(PF)形成红色胶束络合物反应,采用双波长法测定放射性111InCl3溶液中微量In的含量。测定波长为568nm,参比波长为520nm,该胶束络合物摩尔吸光系数ε568,520为2.6×104m2/mol,其化学组成为n(In)∶n(PF)∶n(CPB)=1∶2∶2。In浓度在0~0.4mg/L范围内工作曲线符合比尔定律。因此,用此显色体系对实际样品进行测量,测量结果准确性较好。符合双波长分光光度法测定放射性溶液中微量In的要求。

     

    Abstract: A dual wavelength spectrophotometric method is applied to analyze micro amounts of indium(Ⅲ) in radioactive ~(111)InCl_3 solution produced by an accelerator.Indium with phenyfluorone (PF) forms stable complex in the presence of cetylpyridium bromide(CPB) at pH6.5.The maximum absorption of the complex is the absolute amplitude between peaks measured at wavelength of 568 nm and 520 nm.The molar absorptivity is 2.6×10~4 m~2/mol. Beer's law is obeyed for indium in the range of 0~0.4 mg/L. The mole ratio of indium, n(In):n(PF)∶n(CPB)=1∶2∶2. The relative standard deviation is less than 5% and In(Ⅲ) recovery is 96%~108%.
