~(99)Mo-~(99)Tc~m发生器新型柱填料的研制
Preparation of a New Column Stuffing for ~(99)Mo-~(99)Tc~m Generator

摘要: 以ZrCl4和异丙醇为原料,在适宜的反应条件下,合成了99Mo-99Tcm发生器新型无机聚合物柱填料(锆的多聚物:PZC),并进行了分析与表征。通过静态吸附实验,测定了稳定Mo在PZC上的吸附性质,考察了新型99Mo-99Tcm发生器的淋洗曲线、淋洗效率、放化纯度、化学纯度。实验结果表明,新型柱填料PZC对Mo的最大吸附容量可达318.0 mg/g,最大淋洗效率在第3 mL淋洗体积处。但是新型柱填料的99Mo-99Tcm发生器吸附缓慢、淋洗效率偏低(64.90%)。Abstract: A new polyinorganic column stuffing (Polyinorganic Zirconium Compound; PZC) for 99Mo-99Tcm generator is synthesized with both ZrCl4 and isopropyl alcohol in proper reaction condition. It is analyzed and identified too. The absorption characteristics of Mo to PZC are investigated by non-radioactive Mo using static absorption test. The elution performance of the new 99Mo-99Tcm generator is studied by radioactive "Mo and elution profile of 99Tcm from PZC 99Mo-99Tcm generator is examined. The elution efficiency and radiochemical purity are also abserved. The results show that the absorption capacity of Mo to PZC is up to 318. 0 mg/g. 88Tcm is easily eluted with 3 mL of saline solution in the yield of 64. 90%.
