Abstract: The structureactivity relationship of 99Tcm labeled radiopharmaceuticals and the correlative contents of computer aided drug design are introduced. Of them, quantitative structureactivity relationship and its application to design 99Tcm labeled radiopharmaceuticals are narrated on emphases.
