RIA检测AFP对肝源性疾病的临床诊断价值

The Clinical Value of Hepatogenic Disease by AFP-RIA

摘要: 采用放射免疫分析法(RIA)对95例肝源性疾病患者血清中甲胎蛋白(AFP)浓度进行分析。结果表明,原发性肝癌阳性率达72.2％,其中AFP浓度>400μg/L者占阳性病例的69.2％。因此,AFP的RIA分析对肝源性疾病的诊断及鉴别具有重要参考价值。

Abstract: Concentration of AFP in serum of hepatogenic disease patients are analysed by RIA. The results show that the positive ratio of primary carcinoma of liver is 72. 2% > the patients whose concentration of AFP>400μg/L occupy 69. 2% in positive patients. The concentration of AFP have an important clinifical significance to primary carcinoma of the liver.
