Preparation of G-~3H-tetrodotoxin With Catalytic Isotope Exchange Reaction

  • 摘要: 采用同位素催化交换法制备了G-3H-河鱼屯毒素,并比较了催化气-液同位素交换反应与催化液-液同位素交换反应各自的特点。用薄层色层法分离、纯化产品,所获得的G-3H-河鱼屯毒素具有较高的放射性比活度和放化纯度。

     

    Abstract: Catalytic isotope exchange reaction is used to prepare tetrodotoxin,the specificity is also compared between catalytic gas liquid isotope exchange reaction and catalyic liquid liquid isotope exchange reaction. The thin layer chromatography is used to separate and puritfy the product. The obtained product have high radiochemical purity and specific activity.
