~(99)Tc~m-HL91在体外乏氧心肌细胞中的动力学观察

摘要: 采用原代培养心肌细胞,观察其摄取与清除99Tcm-HL91的情况,并测定心肌细胞的活力。结果表明:乏氧组心肌细胞仍存活,其摄取99Tcm-HL91较正常组明显增高(P<0.05),清除相对缓慢,但尚无明显差异;180min时,乏氧组心肌细胞内99Tcm-HL91的存留量是正常组的3.0倍,可用于探测心肌细胞乏氧。Abstract: The dynamics of 99TcmHL91 in myocardium cell primarily cultured are observed. The results show that hypoxic myocytes are still alive, the uptake of 99TcmHL91 is higher than the normal(P<0.05), the clearing is slower but there is no different statistically, the retention of viable hypoxic myocytes is 3 times as the normal at 180 min.
