~(99)Tc~m-葡糖二酸药盒的研制

The Preparation of ~(99)Tc~m-Glua Kit

摘要: 以氯化亚锡为还原剂,制备无菌无热原的Glua冷冻干燥药盒,用于制备99Tcm-Glua;对标记药物进行了急性毒性实验和体外稳定性实验,并观察了标记物在肿瘤模型动物体内的分布。结果显示:99Tcm-Glua放化纯度>95%,标记后室温放置6h,放化纯度无明显变化。药盒在2～8℃冷藏16个月,放化纯度仍>95%。急性毒性实验小鼠全部存活。肿瘤模型实验证实标记物在肿瘤组织中有较高的摄取,心、脑和脾中的摄取较少,并主要经泌尿系统代谢。

Abstract: Glua kit in lyophilized form is obtained by freezedrying, and labeled with 99Tcm. Stability in vitro and acute toxicity of 99TcmGlua are examined, and biodistribution in BALB/Cnu/nu mice is also evaluated. The radiochemical purity of 99TcmGlua is more than 95% and its stability last more than 6 h, the shelflife of Glua kit is more than 6 months in refrigerator. Nopoisonousness is observed with 99TcmGlua. 99TcmGlua localize in tumor with higher accumulation, and metabolized by urinary system
