~(131)Ⅰ的电离辐射与甲状腺滤泡细胞Bax和p53蛋白表达关系初探

摘要: 用免疫组化方法观察了兔甲状腺摄取一定剂量~(131)I后一周时甲状腺滤泡细胞Bax和p53基因蛋白的表达情况。结果表明,~(131)I组的Bax阳性表达率高达88.9%,与对照组相比差异显著(P<0.005),而p53在~(131)I组和对照组皆为阴性表达。这提示~(131)I的电离辐射所致甲状腺滤泡细胞凋亡与Bax基因蛋白的表达密切相关。Abstract: The expression of Bax and p53 in rabbits thyroid cell are detected using immunohip-tochmistry after certain dose of 131I uptaken by thyroid one week later. The results show that the expression rate of Bax in 131I group is 88. 9%, and significantly higher than that in control group (P <0. 005); no expression of p53 is found in both 131I group and control group. It indicates that the apoptosis in thyroid cell induced by 131I radiation closely related to the expression of Bax genes.
