Abstract:
The measurement precision of sampling, counting system and the systemic precision between RIA and TRFIA are compared with randomized patient sample testing. The precision of sampling has significant difference between manual sampling (CV> 3. 4%) of RIA and auto sampling (CV<0. 7%) of TRFIA in serum sampling (P<0. 001). The precision of sampling has significant difference between manual sampling (CV>1. 3%) of RIA and auto sampling (CV<0. 3%) of TRFIA in reagent dispensing (P<0. 001). The precision of counting system has significant difference between RIA(CV=2. 4%') and TRFIA(CV = 0. 8%) (F<0. 001). The systematic precision has significant difference between RIA(CV = 3. 6%) and TRFIA (CV = 1. 3%) (P<0. 001). The results indicate that the precision of sampling, counting system and the systemic precision of TRFIA are all better than that of RIA.
