The Advances of ~(18)F Labeling Amino Acid

摘要: 介绍了用于脑肿瘤显像的氨基酸的选择标准,并对18F标记氨基酸的三种方法,即Balz-Schiemann反应、亲电取代和亲核取代反应的优缺点进行了对比。相比之下亲核取代法是目前将F-引入氨基酸侧链的较好方法,具有良好的应用前景。

Abstract: The selecting criteria of amino acid suitable for evaluation of brain tumors is introduced. Three methods for 18F labeling amino acids, namely BalzSchiemann reaction, electrophilic fluorination and nucleophilic fluorination, are compared. The results show that nucleophilic substitution is the best method for 18F labeling amino acid.
