Abstract: It is expatiated that the conception, determinant standard and the contributing factors on thyroid stunning, such as dose of diagnostic of 131I, the intervals between the diagnostic scan and administration of ablation dose, which is of important guide sense for establishing clinical protocol of imaging and treatment.
